I was skeptical about having project management during our Windows 10 deployment. I have used project management during other projects and didn’t see the value. I will say my experience with project management from Kraft Kennedy was very different. Our project manager kept track of all of the action items that needed to be done, when they were due, who had responsibility to complete the task and what tasks had dependencies. His responses show how well versed he is in the product and are always so detailed explaining any little steps. This is just one example of the many emails we/I received during this desktop build.
