What is CMInsights?
In an effort to enhance the client experience, we developed a series of iterative real-time reports of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), that are available within the AppBakery.
MECM reporting can be complex, but we've simplified to analytics that our clients find most useful. The reports work by querying and retrieving key configuration data from your MECM SQL server and delivering them in a dashboard view.

The AppBakery provides a complete application portfolio for your end-user environment, which will document key information including applications being used, application categories, distribution methodology, and supported versions.

AppBakery: Vendor Feature Analysis
Reporting that will detail new features that may improve your business environment or otherwise enhance productivity. Kraft Kennedy will track and review feature releases of key applications in the client’s environment. Kraft Kennedy leverages community sourcing and proactively features analysis of a common core set of applications and provides a “What’s New” summary to capture change-based version releases.
