Onsite, Kraft Kennedy (KK) may take photographs, audio, and video and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Kraft Kennedy hosted event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Kraft Kennedy may use photographs/videos in educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website.
A person attending a KK event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact marketingops@kratkennedy.com and include an identifying photograph for reference. KK will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.
By participating in a KK event or by failing to notify KK, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by KK, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify KK from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
