Make a difference…

  • for Kraft Kennedy

  • for our clients

  • for yourself

At Kraft Kennedy you will be joining talented team of professionals who are among the best in their respective fields and harbor a commitment to excellence. Our clients keep coming to us because they know that our consultants excel at discerning their problems and finding solutions.

Kraft Kennedy’s size and collegial atmosphere provide the perfect environment for intellectual growth and satisfying work.

Our headquarters are in midtown Manhattan, just steps from Grand Central Terminal. We also have offices in Houston and Washington, D.C., and clients in other cities around the country, giving you opportunity to travel.

Success and Growth

“I got my degree and started with Kraft Kennedy just two years ago.
Today, I’m a senior network consultant leading my own project.”

We encourage you to

  • develop a broad range of consulting skills
  • take pride in your work and do the best you can
  • be enthusiastic about coming to work

We ask you what kind of projects you want to work on, then we fit the consultant to the project, based on interest and experience. Because each client has different needs, you can be assured that your workload will be varied and sufficiently challenging.

We will reward you when you succeed, and support you when you need help. We will take your mistakes and turn them into learning experiences, giving you plenty of room to grow.

Respect and Support

“On day one I was assigned a mentor, a desk, a state-of-the-art laptop, a smartphone, and business cards.”

We provide the tools you need to succeed. We offer a manageable work schedule, in a lower-pressure environment than large consulting firms. You will have a home base; you won’t be living out of a suitcase in a hotel for months on end. Even our dress code is flexible: wear a suit when you have to.

“I wanted to work for a firm where I could knock on a manager’s door and get a response.”

You won’t be just a number on a huge roster of employees – you will get to know the partners and all of your coworkers. You will be part of a supportive team working toward a common goal, with plenty of room for individual creativity and initiative. We encourage you to exchange ideas and experiences with your colleagues so that you learn from one another’s successes and failures.

“The managers have been very accommodating to my need to relocate.”

We believe that large metropolitan areas are not only the best locations for our type of business, but they also offer our employees a dynamic environment in which to live. In the same vein, we realize that moving to a new location–especially a large metropolitan area–can be an arduous process. We will support your efforts as you get settled.

Hands-on Training

“Kraft Kennedy let me become the expert in Internet security because I wanted to.”

We want our consultants to keep up with the latest technology. In our state-of-the-art computer lab, we will teach you how to design and set up networks and software. Then our training staff will break it so you can have the opportunity to figure out what’s wrong and fix it. You won’t walk into a client’s office unprepared.

Vendor certification programs are an important element in our training plans. We encourage you to pursue them, and we’ll see to it that you have the time to fulfill their requirements and learn new technologies.
