If you are familiar with Kraft Kennedy, you know we are a trusted advisor for clients ranging from law firms and legal departments, to other professional service organizations and non-profits. Hopefully we have earned your trust over the years, and our goal is to keep that trust intact as we help you meet your technological and business goals into the future.

If you are not familiar with Kraft Kennedy, then I’m sorry that you’ve been missing out. We bring over 30 years of institutional knowledge to our projects and services across a breadth of both back-end and user-facing technologies. One CIO that I’ve known for over 10 years once put like so: “You know that big thing that you struggle to do once every 5 years?  Well, these guys do it flawlessly 10 times a year.”  That’s probably the best description of the kind of experience we bring to the table, and why our clients trust us.

But we don’t only look to earn the trust of our clients. We also look to earn the trust of our partners. When partners put their trust in Kraft Kennedy, they need not worry about the quality level of our work, and they know they will gain another satisfied customer. In October, NetDocuments cemented their trust in Kraft Kennedy by naming us as their 2020 Corporate Law Worldwide Partner of the Year. It is an honor that we do not take lightly.

Trust is earned, not given. What does Kraft Kennedy possess that sets us apart in the area of Information Management? We have extensive knowledge of all major information management systems that law firms and legal departments use. We know the ins and outs of multiple legacy systems, and that helps us as we navigate various migration paths to a trusted cloud platform like NetDocuments. We know the caveats about how security needs to be managed, how legacy folder hierarchies can be leveraged, and how unique legacy features translate to a new solution. We have designed workspaces and metadata maps for firms of all shapes, sizes and geographical locations.

We have worked with transactional practices that are easy to get along with, and litigation practices that are… what’s the nice way of saying the opposite of “easy to get along with”?  We know when to say “yes” to client requests, but perhaps more importantly, we know when to say “no” to client requests.  We know what works, and what doesn’t work.

We have dealt with the VIPs, as well as those who do the less glamorous work of producing work product. Through our designs and the technologies chosen, we have made their lives easier (at least between the hours of 9 and 5).  They can quickly find their information, re-use it as needed, and easily organize their matter files in a clear and concise dashboard. Once the frustrations and limitations of legacy systems are lifted, firms can see the value of a well-designed and well-implemented new system.

That is how we earn trust as an organization. Contact us.
