Kraft Kennedy Joins Select Group of Microsoft Gold Solution Providers

To change the power settings for your computer (assuming this option is not administratively controlled), click on Power Options inside the control panel. Several power "schemes" are available. Laptops should use the "Portable/Laptop" power scheme. These settings will optimize turning off the monitor and hard drive in a shorter than average period of time. Further customization can be done to these settings, as well as alarms, power meters, and more, depending upon the power management driver for your laptop.
